Approved November 8, 2016 $15 million approved for various projects Golf Course Upgrades at Tanglewood Park Golf Course Irrigation Project at Tanglewood Park Golf Card Path Renovations Playground upgrades at various parks Architectural & Engineering Design Work Master Planning for Horizon’s Park Renovations to Tanglewood Clubhouse Multi-use Agricultural Event Center Roadway Improvements at Tanglewood Park Currently have several Requests for Qualifications or Proposals available (most for architectural/design work)

5 Parks & Recreation Bonds
There will be an additional $2 million in regular capital maintenance projects to be completed over the next 2 years as well. Capital Maintenance Projects are regular repair & maintenance projects that extend the life of assets Examples: Paving – roadways, parking lots, trails Roofing – metal, flat, shingle Painting – interior and exterior Fencing – split rail, pasture post and board Mechanical/HVAC – split system and small unit replacements Remodeling projects, window replacements, insulation, flooring, brick walkways

6 Process Information All projects for the County’s Parks & Recreation Bond projects Go through City/County Purchasing Department Site will provide ALL projects available for bid for the County and City Pre-bid information How to get on vendor list
