Rose Lane has historically had an issue with site flooding (standing water on pedestrian pathways), areas of erosion, and trip hazards. This project has already proven to relieve majority of these conditions.

6. Madison #1 Middle School Roof Rejuvenation Project
Completion date 8/30/2017
Madison #1 roofs are aging; requiring light repairs and new top coating. In late spring of this year, Madison was awarded a Building Renewal grant from the Arizona School Facilities Board to rejuvenate all site roofs in order to maximize life span.
