1. Interview with the entrepreneur

2. Vladimir Koylazov and his partner Peter Mitev are the founders of the Bulgarian company “Chaos Group”. The 38-years-old Bulgarian from Rousse has received an "Oscar" for technological advancement in filming for 2017.

3. Q:Tell me about your program?
V:If we have a sortable scene with some virtual objects, that program will turn everything into 3D. All this is a set of numbers and our program takes that data and shows us how a picture could look like as realistic as possible.

4. Q:How did you come up with the idea
Q:How did you come up with the idea? Did someone help you in the beginning?
V:The software part of the history of our company began in an apartment in Mladost 1. My father bought me the first computer which was a ``Pravetz`` with two processors. We began to create our first software - for a fire effect, and we earned some money from it. Gradually, our company began to develop and now we have offices here in Sofia, LA, Seoul and Tokyo.

5. Q:Are you wealthy?
V:Well, money is the last thing that I`m talking about with my partner Peter. I may say that I`m living a satisfying life. Money has never been my stimulus. I became interested in money when the company became bigger and I realized that all those new people depended on me. For us, money is only a means to achieve our goals. Our company has more than 26 million income and 6 million is profit. At present, we are more than and it was only the two of us with Peter , at first.

6. Q:Are you happy about winning an Oscar?
V:Yes, of course. There were several nominations in the category and all were really good. There isn`t a greater reward than that. The people who nominated us are devoted to the film industry. We were no one here in Bulgaria, however, 15 years of hard work lead to results and someone noticed us!

7. Q:How many films have been made with your software?
V:Well, we know about 160, but they are more than 160. Some of the films made with our software are: Games of Thrones, Deadpool, Maleficent,Avatar, etc.

8. Q:Have you had difficulties in recreating an object?
V:The hardest for me was to recreate the changes of the light so that the shot may look realistic and not computer generated. Many people are often unaware of the fact that they are mislead by a software like ours, for example when they see projects of non-existent buildings. Or when they watch adds about cars that actually don`t exist.

9. . Q: Have you watched a film that has been made with your program?
V:Yes, one of my favorites is about a man who falls in love with his phone and I saw a comment in which someone said that he loves realistic films without effects. It was really funny because half of the film was made with our software and was virtual.
Tron is said to be the first film with such effects and this particular film made me want to create more. The second film Tron was released in 2010 and it`s made with our software.

10. Q:What are your hobbies?
V:I like working out in the gym. All things related to computer graphics are not only my job, but also my hobby.

11. Q: What is the thing that motivates you?
V: I like solving problems. Our clients' challenges are something that motivates me to come up with interesting solutions.

12. Q: Where do you see yourself in 10 - 20 years?
V: Having passed the bulk of work at Chaos Group to younger generations and taking more time for myself and for my family.

13. Q: Which personal traits do you want your employees to have?
V: I`d definitely say -curiosity and persistence.

14. Q: What would you advise the students who want to become entrepreneurs?
V: To be persistent in whatever they choose as a career path. Persistence leads to reward later on in life.
