Please included your permanent address as this will be used to create your RMA Account.

3. Beginning – HOME Page
To start the RMA process, visit: mygeo.geovision.tw/RMA/Default.aspx

4. Beginning – Login
Click on either selection to enter RMA System sign-in page.
Your address is your username
Password will be ed to the address provided
Alternatively, you can select “MY ACCOUNT” to enter RMA System sign-in page.

5. Address and Contact Information
Click on “MY ACCOUNT “ to edit your address and contact information.

Please DO NOT edit address as this is your RMA account ID.

7. Request RMA – New RMA Request

Please ensure that Service Location is “GeoVision USA Inc.”
Enter serial number to verify whether product is within warranty.
After S/N is entered, select 1 of 3 options:
1. Repair – Default option, item will be sent in for repair.
2. DOA – Applicable if product was received “Dead on Arrival.”
3. Sample Return – Applicable if product was assigned as testing sample.

9. New RMA Request Upload picture and file for the RMA unit here.
Please rename your file to be serial number specific.
Click the “X” to delete the RMA unit.

10. Search Click to generated RMA form for the requested items.
Generated a format of international post.
Click on the RMA number to view details.

11. Search – “Details” interface
Click on name to RMA Department.
Click “Note” to view Fix Report of the RMA unit.
Information can be edited at any time until the RMA unit is shipped.

12. Search – Print or Save RMA Form
Click print RMA form.
After RMA is generated, please click to open and save the RMA Form for your record.
Print the RMA Form and ship back all the units listed on the form.

13. RMA Form – Change the Return Address
If the address on the RMA Form is different from the address you would like to unit to be return to, please enter it here and note that UVS reserves the right to deny shipping to another address.
This procedure is for a one-time change only, if you wish to permanently change the address, please refer to Page 8 and Page 9 for details.

14. RMA Form – Upload the RMA Form.
If you changed the return address, please select the corresponding RMA and upload the new RMA Form.
You do not need to upload the RMA Form if change was not made to the return address.
