Colomendy Loggerheads, Near Mold, Denbighshire, CH7 5LB. Tel: Trip leaders: Mr Kingsley and Miss McKnight Pupils organized into 11 activity groups . 3 coaches: 2 x 70 seaters & 1 x 49 seater.

Accommodation and meals
Comfortable single sex dorms (some with en-suite) sleep young people. Staff stay in same dorms in separate rooms. All bedding is provided - one of the very first tasks for all students is making up their own beds! Separate showers and toilet facilities are available for girls and boys. All meals are nutritionally balanced and meet the latest Government standards on childrens’ meals. A choice is always offered, with both hot and cold meals, a salad bar and at least one vegetarian option.

Transition & Team Building Programme
18 RVHS staff. Miss Marshall & Miss Rosser first aid trained. Fully qualified Kingswood activity instructors lead all activities. Qualified First-Aider on site 24/7. All staff are fully DBS checked. Students are NEVER forced to take part if they are not comfortable doing so.

Itinerary Monday 11th September 8:35am
Pupils start school as normal. Bags to be stored in M1. Attend registration, periods 1 & 2 as normal. 11:10am (period 3) Pupils meet collect bags then meet in theatre. Organised into groups. 12:00 noon Depart 2:00pm Arrive at Kingswood Colomendy 2:00-3:00pm Eat packed lunch 3:00-5:00pm Site tour, unpacking, bed making & dinner 6:15-9:00pm Activities Wednesday 13th September 9:30 – 12:00 noon 12:00 – 1:00pm Lunch and packing 1:00pm Depart Colomendy 3:00pm Arrive at Reddish Vale High School

What to pack Packed lunch for Monday
T shirts (long & short sleeved), trousers, hoodies, shorts. (Will get wet and very muddy!). Please label clothing. Bath towel. Plastic bags for dirty clothes/footwear. Toiletries (please use roll on deodorant, no aerosols). Waterproof clothing (jacket, trousers, sturdy footwear). Sunglasses, sun cream & hat. Pyjamas & slippers. A named water bottle. Hair dryer (must be in good working order). Money for snacks and souvenirs. (No more than £15) No mobile phones or games consoles. (No signal) Medication clearly labelled and given to group leader. Inhalers/epipens to be kept by pupils at all times.

Kingswood Code of Conduct
Pupils will treat the centre with respect. Pupils will use the bins provided. All pupils will treat each other with respect. Guests must not use activity areas and equipment unless supervised by Kingswood instructors. Pupils must follow Kingswood instructors’ instructions. Pupils must keep their dormitories and communal areas clean and will be liable for any damage. Pupils must arrive promptly for activities. Pupils must return to the dormitories at agreed times and keep noise to a minimum. Pupils must not drink alcohol or smoke. The centre manager has the right to ask any group behaving inappropriately to leave.
