4. Structure of the day
Day 1 leave school at approximately 9.30am (Children to arrive at school normal time in own clothes.)
Each day – breakfast at 8am, 2 activities before lunch, 2 after lunch, dinner then evening activity.
We are scheduled to return to AJS by approx. 3.30pm on Friday 26th.

5. Health and Safety Coach fitted with seat belts
Instructors fully qualified
Fire drill on arrival
External doors secure
Duty Instructor on duty 24 hours
Always at least one first aider
Nut free zone

6. Last minute reminders Consent form
Clothing list – throw away clothes; footwear and enough layers plus waterproofs.
Please ensure all clothing is named + clothing list placed inside suitcase
No sweets / food (Water permitted for the journey)
No iPods / electronic equipment
No cell phones
Pocket money to the office by Thursday 16th June – max £5
All personal issues will be dealt with discretion and sensitivity (if concerned please speak to a supervising adult).
Medicines named and given to Miss Murray with written consent by Thursday 16th June - (In cases of asthma – child to carry pump and spare to Miss Murray)

7. Groupings / Rooms Children will be placed in 4 groups – mixed classes
4 activities each day
Accommodation consists of rooms of 4/5/6 beds

8. Return on Friday before 3.30
Updates will be put on whiteboard outside school.
