Mission Statement The Common Area Committee’s Mission is to promote community enjoyment of the landscaped and natural surroundings of Trailmark with a strong dedication to preserving and protecting the natural environment that makes this a very special and unique community.

CAC Responsibilities Provide oversight, assessment and evaluation of landscape, arborist and project contractors Initiate and poll our members about projects that enhance enjoyment, beauty, and function of our open spaces. Apply for grants and matching funds available from Jeffco, Littleton and SSPRD for tree planting, and projects. Act as liason to SSPRD making recommendations for maintenance, improvements and partnership projects Manage the budget allowed by the TM HOA Board

Adding electricity to entrance for uplighting of monuments with boulders for protection from mowers. Bridge over drainage ditch at Independence Rain Sensors on irrigation system saves water Water fountain/dog fountain at both parks Painting exposed utility boxes a neutral color Planting of trees and shrubs in many areas

A wall was added by sidewalk, and the boxes were later painted beige.

For many years we hung all the lights on the trees too! Now the trees are too big! So we hire that part done
