Offers work experience to vulnerable service users 6 volunteers at present, of which 5 have learning disabilities Gain high quality and valuable work experience which is the first step to finding a job

14 Volunteering at NCHA NCHA has just launched a new Volunteering Policy.
NCHA is committed to involving volunteers directly within the organisation to: Contribute to the delivery of services and enrich the services we offer Provide different skills and perspectives Offer opportunities for participation by people who might otherwise be excluded Provide employment and training to tenants and service users through a structured and supported volunteer programme
