An Educational Program and Performance Exam on
Four (4) ASTM standard test methods:
1) Moisture Vapor Emission Rate (MVER) - ASTM F 1869
2) Concrete Relative Humidity - ASTM F 2170
3) Electronic Moisture Meter – ASTM F 2659
4) Concrete Surface pH testing - ASTM F 710, Section 5.2

Program has two tiers:
Tier 1 (Educational Program)
Educational Session: 3 to 4 hours
