BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE 2 cups flax milk or any plant based milk (preferably not soy) 1/4 tsp of nutmeg (you can use cinnamon but i'm allergic =( ) 1 pouch or scoop of Juice Plus+ Vanilla Protein 1 banana's worth of frozen bananas add more bananas for -a thicker smoothie 1 tbs nut butter or for those people with allergies, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Blend all ingredients top with a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon for presentation and enjoy!

Coco Pineapple Smoothie
1 handful of ice 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks 1 pouch or scoop of Juice Plus+ Vanilla Protein 1 cup coconut milk (flax,almond,etc) ½ tablespoon unsweetened coconut Blend all ingredients and enjoy!

CHERRY LIME RED BEET SMOOTHIE
1 ½ cups pitted cherries, fresh or frozen juice from 1 ½ to 2 limes ½ cup raw chopped red beets 1 pouch or scoop of Juice Plus+ Vanilla Protein 1 cup almond milk a few ice cubes lime slices for garnish (optional) Blend all ingredients and enjoy!

Grapefruit, Raspberry Smoothie
1 Cup Frozen Raspberries ½ cup of Coconut Milk or any plant based milk you like 1 pouch or scoop of Juice Plus+ Vanilla Protein Blend all ingredients and enjoy!

IMMUNITY BOOSTING ORANGE SMOOTHIE
1 large orange, peeled ½ medium banana 1 cup frozen mango pieces ½ cup almond milk ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract 1 pouch or scoop of Juice Plus+ Vanilla Protein Blend all ingredients and enjoy!

Orange Banana Smoothie
2 cups of orange juice zest of one orange 1 cup bananas, frozen 1 ½ cups carrots 1-2 Tablespoons of honey orange slices, for garnish 1 pouch or scoop of Juice Plus+ Vanilla Protein Blend all ingredients and enjoy!

ICED MATCHA GREEN TEA FRAPPÉ WITH COCONUT WHIP
1 1/2 cups chilled cooconut Milk (can substitute Almond but it won't be as thick and creamy) 2 1/2 teaspoons Matcha Green Tea Powder 2 1/2 tablespoons Maple Syrup Seeds of Half a scraped Vanilla Bean Pod Tiny pinch of Sea Salt Whipped Coconut Cream Topping: 4 tablespoons of cold, solidified Coconut Cream (see note) 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup Tiny pinch of Sea Salt1 pouch or scoop of Juice Plus+ Vanilla Protein In a blender, combine Soy Milk, Matcha, Maple Syrup, Vanilla Seeds, and Sea Salt. Blend on high until frothy and completely smooth. Pour into glasses. In a small bowl, combine Coconut Cream, Maple Syrup and Sea Salt. With electric beaters, whip for a minute until it resembles whipped cream, about 1 minute. Either dollop or pipe Coconut Whip onto the surface of your Green Tea Frappe and dust with a little more Matcha powder before serving.

Post Workout Green Smoothie
1 banana, peeled and sliced 1-inch piece* of fresh ginger, peeled 2 handfuls fresh baby spinach 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks 1/2 cup coconut water 1/2 cup flax milk 1 Tablespoon chia seeds 1 pouch or scoop of Juice Plus+ Vanilla Protein Blend all ingredients and enjoy! sprinkled with extra chia seeds on top, if desired.

THE BEET POWER SMOOTHIE
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk or choice) ½ cup frozen wild blueberries ⅓ cup shredded beet (from about 1 medium beet) 2 limes juiced 1 Tbsp chia seeds 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional but adds a nice sweetness) 1 pouch or scoop of Juice Plus+ Vanilla Protein Blend all ingredients and enjoy!

Cabbage and Berry Purple Smoothies
8 oz. purple cabbage (half of a small head) 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen 1 (5.3 oz) container cherry Greek yogurt (or strawberry) 1 cup chilled Hibiscus tea* 1/2 cup almond milk 1 pouch or scoop of Juice Plus+ Vanilla Protein Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. *I used Tazo Passion Herbal Infusion tea. I heated 1/2 cup water then added the tea bag then steeped and added enough ice to make 1 cup to cool faster. 1 cup cranberry juice blend or pomegranate juice blend would be a good alternative if you don't like tea.
