Athletic Trainers and Impact Test
Athletic Training Department – Steve Pritchard, Joe Kopacz and Katie Vasich Seeing our training staff and school physicians vs. seeing your own doctors. ImPACT Test – Immediate Post-Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing – computer based evaluation for sports concussion – helps establish baseline of cognitive functioning – if athlete suffers concussion can be used to assist in returning athlete to participation

SPRING FITNESS TRAINING
Lifting and fitness training is from 2:30-3:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday beginning on April 4th. April 4 and 6 May 9 and 11 April 11 and 13 May 16 and 18 April 18 and 20 May 23 and 25 April 25 and 27 May 30 May 2 and 4

SUMMER FITNESS PROGRAM
Summer fitness begins the week after school is out on Monday and Wednesday’s from 10:30am-12:30pm. We meet Main Soccer Practice Field behind SHS then go in to weight room and then conclude our session out back. Bring running shoes, soccer shoes and own water. No slides in weight room. June 12 and July 10 and 12 June 19 and July 17 and 19 June 26 and July 24 and 26 July 3 and 5

SUMMER OPEN SOCCER Captains will organize open play on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s during the summer. A schedule and location will be communicated out and posted to our team web site prior to the end of school.

17th Edition – July Event has grown from a 24 team boys event to a 350 team – two weekend event – for boys and girls HS and MS teams Money raised goes to SSO capital improvements fund and SHS Boys and Girls Soccer Programs Significant volunteer support is needed for the event Premier College Combines to organize Freshmen Top Flight, Sophomore Clinic, and JR/SR Spotlight Games – on Thur 7/27
