1. Power point on WW I 2. Maps work: a. Follow instructions on map 1. Use the book on page 663 (my.hrw.com- they know their passwords. There are 7 blue World History books up front. Label and color as instructed. There are colored pencils and crayons in the Grand Canyon cupboard. 2. On my weebly under WWI use the post WWI map to label the second side b. make a chart with the columns: Column 1: Countries on 1914 map, not on modern map. Column 2: Countries on modern map, not pre- WWI Column 3: Countries on both maps You will have time tomorrow to finish the maps. Remember to label cities and bodies of water,

Step one: If not done with maps and charts get them done and turned in. Step two: Get Ed-helpers done and turned in. Step 3: Begin study Guides using textbook on line. Work in groups.

World leaders and heroes: Research the leaders of the following countries during WWI and make power points of at least four slides on each. Focus on their relationship to the war rather than information on their early lives. a. France (Georges Clemenceau) b. Germany Kaiser Wilhelm II) c. Austria-Hungary (Emperor Franz Josef I) d. Russia (Czar Nicholas II) e. Great Britain (Prime Minister Lloyd George) f. United States (President Woodrow Wilson), General Pershing g. “Google” World War I Centenary: Pacifism Summarize main points if four slides

Weapons of war parts I & II in pairs: You will complete questions that go with the readings in pairs.

Weapons of war part III. Again work in groups. If done do ed-helper on Versailles Treaty.

- Original sources propaganda in lab: You will be in groups of four in the lab. You will go to a series of eight stations and examine the material on that table. You have one set of questions per group. One person should be the reader of the questions. Everyone should help with the answers. You will have about five minutes at each station. This is not a music day. Tuesday- Complete group work in the lab. Return to classroom and work on Treaty of Versailles reading individually and quietly. Answer all questions carefully.
