The Talent Management area has changed it’s processes since 2015 to People Management processes. With that, the focus has turned into creating strategies and actions to improve the productivity and retention. The TM area also has influenced in organizational culture and the leadership development of LCs. Relevance The Talent Management area became relevant for the LCs with it’s strategies of retention and productivity. For retention, the selection processes were evolved and the VPs TM were educated of the how and what. For productivity, the team standards were downscaled and implemented. The membership also started to fulfill the membership criteria established in our compendium.

How is the JD of the LCVPs TM ?
OPS / IPS Alignment How is the JD of the LCVPs TM ? Context The VPs TM during the current year faced some changes in their JD due the organizational evolutions. The current LCVP TM role is to do activities that will contribute for transition between TM to PM. So, the current LCVP TM role is to implement and educate the LDA and LEAD for the membership. The LCVP TM also will be responsible to implement the Local Volunteer together with LCVP iGV. The next JD – LCVP PM The Responsibility of the Role Main Functions The VP PM is responsible to organize the recruitment; induction and education plan together the LCVP CXs for each LC members. The VP PM must ensure that all lead processes will happen in a local level. Plan and track membership selection process: OC Psel. Create agenda of AIESEC induction at conference Create an education plan together LCVP CX for each area Follow and track the education plan for each area Control HR Data: members per area, productivity and retention To guarantee LDA usage and analysis Ensure the lead processes in each LC activity. MoS Key Synergies HR Full % of productivity per area & LC % of retention month by month LDA filling and evolution - % of IXP and Reintegrated - LCP - B2C, B2B - CX - F&L - MCVP and NSTs

Network support: NST and LCPs OD Model and Growth Model to entities National Conferences: Logistics and Agenda MCVP TM and MCVP OD responsibilities: 1. Organizational structures 2. Selection processes to EB and Team Leaders 3. LC Calendar definition

What is the main strategy for getting people? (recruitment)
OPS / IPS Alignment What is the main strategy for getting people? (recruitment) Calendar We have a specific timeline for recruitment: in February and August. If necessary, the VP TM can do a Head Hunting for few and specific positions. Recruitment Selection process: In 1,5 month Promotion: 2 to 3 weeks; Groups Dynamics: 1 week; Interviews: 1 week and Organizational Induction: 1 Week In average the selection process recruit between 20 to 40 members. Observation: The materials will be changed; we are waiting for AI material about the new strategies until this month. Otherwise, we will create a new material for promotion and recruitment that fits our realities.

Retention: We have a membership criteria in our compendium: The membership must fulfill: - 50% of attendance at local conferences per semester - 75% of attendance at official LC events per quarter - 75% of attendance at official meetings per quarter - 75% of attendance in office hour per quarter If the member do not fulfill those criteria he will not be a member anymore. Productivity Team standards education and implementation.

OPS / IPS Alignment - What is the main strategy for developing people? The main strategy for developing people we have are four conferences during the year. The agenda focus in educating the membership about organizational and functional knowledge; and create LEAD spaces for delegates. National conferences Focus on: 1. January: focus on EB planning and education 2. March: Focus on VPs and TLs: Performance and education 3. July: Focus on EB: Re-planning and education 4. September: Focus on TLs: Succession plan, education and performance Ps: We have more 2 conferences only for LCPs in March and October. Local conferences Focus on: 1. February: LC Planning and education 2. April: LC performance and education 3. August: LC Re-planning and education 4. October: LC performance and education The LEAD spaces are created at all conferences.
