To pass the award you must show your understanding of healthy eating and nutrition. Show that you understand that others (i.e. teenagers, toddlers, pregnant women) have different dietary needs and how these can be met. Explain why people eat or avoid certain food according to religion, culture, ethical belief, health need or personal choice.
