2. Purpose
The purpose of the outline is to plan the construction and organization of the research paper.
Students should decide where in the paper they will use the citations (info. from sources) that will effectively satisfy the requirements set down in the original directions. (B+ level ~ must present two sides of an issue and defend their opinion on the issue)
