Tour Company will provide a voucher for Dinner Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Students should bring money for other meals.

Packing

Large instruments will be in the bottom of the bus and small instruments will be carry on
All luggage must have identifying tags with the student’s full name and school
All students luggage must be loadedon Thursday at the beginning of the school day and secured at the school overnight to pack the next day. The luggage will be checked by building administration.

Uniform Requirements
We will be wearing the Band T shirts for the parade and the Park, with khaki shorts and sneakers for the parade. Students will also wear the shirt in the park according to the following schedule. Please pay your band director $10 ASAP for the two shirts.
Saturday – Blue
Sunday - Pink
- Students are responsible for having all instruments, harnesses, flags, sticks, mouthpieces, reeds, and equipment that they need to perform.

Sunday May 7th – Sewanhaka H.S. 12pm-2pm
Tuesday May 16th – Floral Park H.S. 6pm-8pm
Saturday June 3rd – Belmont Parade 9-12pm

Insurance Card / Medications
-Students must provide a photocopy of their current insurance card (front and back) to their Band Director ASAP.
- Students must bring their own medication to keep in a plastic bag with their name on it.
- Please make your band director / chaperone aware of any and all special medical needs for the trip.

Code of Conduct
- Students must adhere to the Sewanhaka code of conduct at all times
- No alcohol, drugs, tobacco or illegal substances
- Hotel curfew must be adhered to, no male and female students in each other’s rooms.
- Treat all staff and other students respectfully at all times
- Infractions may result in disciplinary procedures
