Science Museum and the Oceanogràfic No trip to Valencia is complete without visiting the Oceanogràfic, Europe's biggest aquarium. With seven different marine environments, almost 45,000 specimens of 500 different species can be seen, such as dolphins, belugas, walruses, sea lions, seals, penguins and sharks. Don't miss the exhibition taking place daily in the dolphinarium. Reserve at least half a day for the trip.

Mestalla - Valencia FC Stadium Tour A behind the scenes look at home of La Liga team Valencia, Champions League finalists. A legendary home to the legendary football team - built in 1923 and soon to be demolished. With the team set to move to a new stadium in 2009 now is the ideal time to visit this old stadium.

Valencia Cathedral and Museum The cathedral is a microcosm of the city’s architectural history; incorporating a mix of each of the Romanesque, Gothic, baroque and renaissance periods and styles. As for the past thousand years, the Tribunal de las Aguas (Water Court) meets every Thursday at noon outside the cathedral’s Plaza de la Virgen doorway. Here, local farmers’ irrigation disputes are settled in Catalan. Visitors can also climb the 207 steps of the Miguelete bell tower for great 360-degree views of the city skyline.

Silk Market (Lonja de la Seda) The Silk Market is the main monument of the city and a masterpiece of civil Gothic architecture. The building has been declared by UNESCO as part of Humanity's Heritage.

Next steps for booking with European Study Tours
To confirm this tour, send us your completed firm booking form and deposits of £150 per paying person. Where a low cost airline is chosen as part of your arrangements, a larger deposit may be required to cover the full air fare cost. Any increased amount will be specified in our offer terms. Firm Booking - Once you have made a firm booking, you will receive a comprehensive Group Leader's Travel Pack. We will then begin work on planning your programme of subject specific visits and excursions. Groups can make use of our excellent pre-booking service for museums, subject specific visits, theme parks, meals and other excursions. Final payments - Final payment for your tour will be due ten weeks before departure. At this point we will also ask you for your final details such as your names list. Your final pack - Approximately three weeks prior to departure, we will send your Final Information Pack including your tickets, your finalised itinerary and other essential information. Your trip! – Enjoy your trip. From the moment you leave, our staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, equipped with every detail of your tour in the unlikely event that you should encounter any difficulties for complete peace of mind
