2. What is FYP? A part of the requirements of the degree course
No formal lectures to attend
Regular meetings with supervisor or co-supervisor to discuss progress - at least 6x per semester
A minimum of 180 working hours is required to be completed throughout each semester

3. Objectives
To demonstrate the knowledge and skills learnt in the degree
To consolidate and develop experience in working independently
To present the results verbally, in writing and (possibly) to demonstrate in action
To demonstrate the ability to evaluate critically
To understand the problem and issues
Appreciation of different approaches and techniques
