limited data available shows that time taken varies across all indicators
14 day: median time taken is between 14 and 21 days for lung cancer patients in Midland
62 day: 23 percent achieved for cervical cancer patients in Northern
31 day: 23 to 67 percent achieved for bowel cancer patients in Midland
