Effective trade points operation
Registration Campus.Picnic Bonus points Access control Effective trade points operation «Virtual money» system for large events
2
What is Campus.Picnic A convenient system of conditional currency (or «virtual money»), which allows you to organize catering, drinks and souvenir trade, keeping track of «bonus points» and other operations during the event and on a fully electronic basis. Participants get elegant bracelets with built-in RFID- tags. To buy a certain product they just scan the bracelets at a trading point. Conditional currency gets automatically debited from their account. Conditional currency is assigned to each participant in advance or it can be earned during the event by displaying different types of activities. The system stores all the information about operations, no matter how big the audience and the territory are.
3
How it looks The bracelet can be put on your hand in spare seconds. It’s width and color can vary, branding is also allowed. Other than that, the RFID-tag can be placed in a badge, pin and so on – however, it is most convenient to scan the tag of a bracelet: the participant just have to put his hand near the wireless reader. The reader is connected to a laptop or another mobile device. The point in which the bracelets are scanned (registration, souvenir shops, food stands, and attractions) can function automatically for hours.
4
How it works Near the entrance to the event, the participant shows the ticket – printed or displayed on a mobile device – and gets the bracelet with a RFID-tag right away. This bracelet becomes his/her ID and a kind of a «wallet» for the entire event. The procedure takes no more than 20 seconds. The codes can also be placed on badges in the form of RFID-tags as well as QR-codes. Mobile devices (tablets or cell phones) can also be used as participants’ IDs with a pre-loaded mobile app on them (see «Campus»)
5
The system is almighty Trading. All trading points with drinks, food and souvenirs work several times faster. Order processing takes spare seconds Bonuses - reward points for participating in various contests can be assigned directly in the form of «conditional money» The limit on buying certain products (no more than 3 glasses of wine an evening, no more than one souvenir of each type etc.) Fines – mobile patrol «catches» heavy smokers and charges them with a «fine» Access control – personal bracelet can also work as a pass (for example in the VIP-zone, the zone for participants with children etc.) Points transfer– participants can pass on points between each other Different types of points – the system can distinguish, for example, «souvenir» and «drink» points, each with it’s limits and rules, and also allow conversion of points of one type to another
6
Full control At the end of the event we can present the full statistics of operations in as soon as possible. Examples of useful statistics and reports: Loading trading points sorted by time and areas Participants’ activity sorted by their belonging to units or other segments (age, occupations) The peak shopping hours in various categories Souvenirs’ popularity Reported violations (unauthorized access to a particular area, fraud at trading points- for example, the trading point received 100 portions of food, and «sold» etc.)
7
Advantages Full control from a logistic and statistic point of view
Convenience for the participants (there’s no need in carrying cash on you, no lines, absence of tiring control procedures) Resource saving is achieved by accelerating registration and trading operations Monitoring and analysis of preferences and behavior of the audience, loading areas and trading points – that is another way to make the event even more effective
