4. Reseller Programme
Avonline offers the following range of services on a wholesale basis to Resellers to offer fully managed services to their customers :-
Avanti Superfast (Gilat) - to 30/2Mb (dynamic & static IP)
Avanti Standard (Hughes) - to 15/2Mb, 9Mb SLA, static IP
Tooway Business – choose 22/6Mb or 30/6Mb (Pro. Modem)
Avonline will actively pursue direct to consumer via promotions that do not create sustainable monthly margins for Resellers if in competition for this market.
Our Reseller programme is focussed on our the new Superfast Gilat services and our Business/SME static IP ranges - Avanti Standard & Tooway Business.

Depending on the service chosen a range of options can be selected to create highly specific solutions for end users – multiple static IP addresses, guaranteed minimum Download/Upload speeds (CIR), multiple site aggregation etc.

6. Hardware & Activation charges

Account Activation £25 per system
This is the one-off charge at every Activation/Re-Activation per system.

7. UK Mainland Installation rates
All Resellers are encouraged to carry-out their own installations
Avonline will provide free start-up training for a Reseller’s installers in Bicester

Installation Support
Tooway from Eutelsat has been designed to be a DIY install.
No specialist equipment (eg. Signal level meter (“SLM”)) is required.
Avanti must be installed by an accredited installer & SLM required
Support tools for the Reseller/Installer include smartphone alignment apps and online video instruction. A straightforward install should take around 1-1½ hrs.
All prices exclude VAT.

9. 1 - Avanti Superfast – to 30/2Mbps
New in 2016 is a range of Superfast broadband packages.
On the latest Hylas II satellite, these packages leverage Avanti’s recent investment in the technically advanced Gilat hub infrastructure.
Like Avanti Standard, there is no separate traffic management of dynamic & static IP traffic (as there is with Tooway Business)
Priced at a small premium to 15 & 22Mb ranges, we expect a mix of higher tier consumers sitting alongside business users – both attracted by the good download & upload speeds, well priced data and uncapped overnight data allowance.
Currently the fastest consumer based satellite service in UK.
Range of 5 packages from 10GB to 60GB expected. There is an excellent opportunity in the market with both upsell & expansion for existing users alongside new business development.

Eutelsat’s Tooway Business range offers the only service with daytime traffic that is prioritised above Consumer traffic.
It has a robust 6Mbps upload specification on all services
All Tooway Business packages have a managed Quality of Service (“QoS”) SLA during the hours 07:00 to 19:00.

Standard minimum contract term is 12 months
Tooway Business also offers a menu of value added options which can be chosen on a month by month basis;

Unlike the more expensive Tooway Business packages, Avanti do not manage dynamic and static traffic separately. Although generally stable during the working day, the service can be impacted by consumer use patterns at peak time inc. holidays.
Overall, Avanti Standard service offers great customer options :-

RRP from £19.99 through to £ per month.
Standard minimum contract term is 12 months

Booster Information
