6 Tang Dynasty The dynasty collapsed because of government corruption and plotting. Ultimately it fell prey to rebellion

7 Song Dynasty AD Ruled during a period of economic prosperity and achievement

9 Song Dynasty There collapse was because of the invaders to the north and could never over come it.

Largely a monarchy with a large bureaucracy. Confucian ideals were still the cement that held everything together
