June 30: Upload updated LEA Plan, Title III LEA Plan Performance Goal 2 Template with CARS submission to CMT (California Monitoring Tool)

Key Findings
1. The majority of the LCAPs remain very week
in response to ELs across all areas.
2. There was a significant decrease in the
number of districts that showed “no
evidence” in Year 2 LCAPs. The majority of
the evidence was rated weak.
LCAPs show vey minimal and weak attention to implementation of the new ELD Standards and ELD approach of the new ELA/ELD Framework.
