Affordable housing; renewable energy; hotels, bunkhouses and campsites; woodland walks; nature reserves and ranger services; forest schools; native woodland development; woodland crofts; food growing and orchards; harbours and pontoons; business centres, art centres and cafes; whale listening station, dark sky parks and spaceports!
