2. Situation The use of mobiles is banned in the colleges and schools
Even thou strict rules and regulation; students are not ready to change their attitudes.
This create a sense that there is something wrong.
This presentation is a first step towards getting the solution on this problem through the way of soft skill.

3. Introduction Mobiles are very popular electronic communication device
Students[ college, high school, middle school, elementary school, elementary school] , Teachers and parents [domain] are using the mobile phones.
5th standard kids gift is mobile phone –high cost.
Parents thinks about personal security and safety.
Each technology has its advantages and disadvantages

Contact to student in emergency cases
Classroom management, Class attendance, Administration, meeting notices, doubt discussions, coordinating study group, easier or more effective, help for academic or life problems.
Access to course and education recourses.
Games and music are stress relievers.
Course material transfer
Keep you updated with the environment.

6. Weakness Loss of control of mind, environment.
Addiction- Playing games.
Whats up during and after class.
Disruption to the class, erosion to teacher autonomy.
Blackmailing, harassment
Cheating/ coping
Disregard of authority
Circulation of pornographic material
Sleepless nights and get tired
Reduction in spend time with family

7. Opportunities Banning the phones Use of mobile detection devices
Rules to use mobile phones
Training of students and parents to use mobile
Parent- teacher-administrator relationship
Bad Effects of using mobile are shown to the students so that they will come out from addiction
Guidelines by teacher, administrators, parents – actual benefit of mobile.

8. Threat
Loss of controlled environment, study environment in the school and colleges.
Mobile phones are irritating, disrespect and even some cases crime.
Use for selling drugs and organizing gangs.
Threats to principal, teachers, HODs through phone calls
Rumors through communication
Other sincere students get disturb
Forcing others on certain issues.

Banning the mobile is not solution looking towards its advantages
Making strict rules and regulation only changes the behavior for some time and not permanently
The use of mobile and its use is based on the nature of students, teacher and administrator.
The person who want to use it in proper way will use it properly and the other may select a wrong direction.
The wrong person [who was not wrong but get addicted ] we need to bring them in correct direction by proper training.

The students are not wrong but
they are the patients of New
technology. They must be trained
before new technology attack on
Them.
