The temperature dropped rapidly Radius Comment ( ): What’s the down side if flow front temperature more than 10 degree? Radius Comment ( ): Let’s keep current geometry and review the actual off tool parts. May require adjusting molding parameters to improve. Temperature at flow front between to degree, Temperature different large than 10 degree, a little bit big different. Remark:Melt temperature-300 degree.

Radius Comment ( ): OK. Some deflection. It may by venting line solve. Reduced the sink mark factor(0.6%), The highest value of deflection is 0.59mm 。
