1. Maintain & Improve our excellent Safety Program 2. Earn an “OUTSTANDING” rating on our Compliance Inspection 3. Implement the Wing’s Strategic Plan Integrate our Mission Statement, Goals and Objectives Improve Member Retention Wing-Wide through White Teams Improve Marketing and Public Affairs Efforts Improve Squadron Programs through Wing Mentorship Build squadron commanders through leadership education and mentorship 4. Improve our Finance Procedures Successful audit and reach the low risk category (Blue) on CC Dashboard

Aggressively Support a Recruiting and Retention Program Develop a new professional development processing plan Level I to Level II improvement Initiate Cadet recruiting drives at schools across Alabama Improve recognition of members across the Wing (Awards & Decorations tracking) 6. Improve Aircraft Mission Readiness Better integrate operations/maintenance Improve our aircraft utilization rate Improve our proficiency flying rate, especially our B-12 to C-17 ratio Develop maintenance tracking of mission ready aircraft

Improve Cadet Program by setting specific goals for Cadet Program Achievements Focusing on winning a specific cadet competition (go for a championship) Improve cadet program metrics within the Wing Number of milestone awards (Mitchell, Earhart etc.) Cadet Encampment participation Reduce Time to Curry Achievement Cadet orientation flights – attain above 80% (green) on Commanders Dashboard 9. Improve Operations and Aerospace Education team concept Become #1 Nation in “AE” – Teacher Orientation Program (TOP) Flights Improve internal AE (sessions at Wing Conference, etc.) Improve the Presence of CAP in School through ACE and AEM Programs
