Advantages Cheap electricity Easy transportation
Lower carbon dioxide is released into the atmosphere Nuclear waste can be reduced through waste recycling and reprocessing Lowers greenhouse gas emissions
3
Disadvantages Waste lasts 200-500 thousand years Nonrenewable
Impact on human life (World War 2, nuclear bomb) High cost Radioactive waste

Does this trend support Connecticut’s initiative to decrease the use of nonrenewable resources by year 2010? This trend does not support the initiative decrease of nonrenewable resources by year 2010 because the trend constantly increases rapidly to 1999 where it stops almost to decrease a little, but will continue to increase as long as we use this nonrenewable resource of Nuclear energy.
