M/S, Hanjala Textiles Park Ltd. is fully Computerized Jacquard Sweater industry & professionally managed as renowned manufacturer and exporter of all Kinds of sweaters, pullovers and cardigans to USA, Canada and EEC countries with tradition of quality control and customer satisfaction as member of renowned HANJALA GROUP with establishment of modern compliance factories, backed by highly professional sourcing, developing and quality control team, who have earned reputation of quality products to some branded customers through out the world. Besides supplying quality products also its offer a competitive price.
In order to meet the Customers demand for its existing as well as prospective customers the total number of Jacquard knitting are going to be increased from 300 set to 800 sets for production of 8.00 Million pieces sweaters per annum, based on Knitting Two shift operation per day and 300 working days in a year.

SAFETY PROVISION : The factory is equipped with modern safety equipment, evacuation system and necessary infrastructural facilities like electricity, gas and road communication along with Labor welfare facilities like, Medical center, Day/Child Care center etc ; for meeting social compliance requirements we are following ACCORD, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX criteria. We have BSCI, SEDEX & OEKO-TEX certification besides applied to the ACCORD and processing for WRAP and other certifications step by step. PROMOTERS : The main promoter, Lt.Col. Khondaker Faridul Akber(Retd.) psc,MDS, Managing Director of the company is a highly qualified and innovative businessman having long experience with successful record in different track of business arena. Mrs. Arifa Akber, Chairman of the Company is a qualified entrepreneur having sufficient experience in RMG business. MANAGEMENT : Overall operation of the project is vested with a highly qualified management team having long experience in diversified trade, industry, commerce and banking including export-oriented sweater industries .The team is assisted by a group of qualified Merchandising, Production, Quality Control, Commercial, Finance and Administrative people for ensuring efficient operation.

ORGANIZATIONAL SET-UP & LOGISTICS :   The organizational set-up of the company has been built-up following line & staff method with delegation of power as well as responsibility for ensuring efficient operation. Necessary logistic support including standby Generator, continuous Gas supply and other utility services have been ensured for uninterrupted production and Necessary recruitment of technical people for controlling merchandising, store & inventory, production, quality , payroll, accounts and banking, commercial and shipping.
LABOR POLICY :   Keeping environmental and decent labor practice issues in mind, our factories have been designed in a manner that satisfies both local and international legal requirements, which are necessary for responsible manufacturing. With this end in view, we have set –up standard working hours, weekly holidays, maternity leave, worker training programs for skill development as per international standard in addition to setting up necessary physical facilities like Dinning Hall, Medical center/ Doctor’s chamber, Child/ Baby Care center, humidity control Fire alarm; Fire Door, Fire Hydrant, Evacuation systems for ensuring healthy working environment etc.
