RULES TO HEALTHY EXERCISE
1 - Practice exercise on regular basis is good for the physical health, psychological (emotional) and it also helps to prevent overweight and obesity problems. 2 – Consult a doctor before taking up exercise. 3 – Select an appropriate type of exercise according to age and condition of health. 4 – Allow at least two hours between meals and exercise. 5 – Healthy life-style: follow a diet as a complement of a physical activity ( 5 meals a day) and sleep enough hours and early to have a good rest. 7 - The best moment to practice sport is early in the morning or late in the afternoon.

8 - Spend an hour, at least half of an hour a day, at least 4-5 times a week, on practicing sport Practice exercise as a hobby, preferably in group and outdoors Choose a safe place to practice it Do warm up exercise before the beginning of a physical activity to prevent injury (muscle stretching and warming) Drink not much water before and after the practice of a physical activity Wear the appropriate sport clothes, suitable for the physical activity that we are going to put into practice Have a shower or wash yourself (hands, face, ...) after practicing sports Practice fair play without taking prohibited stimulants.
