2 Introduction : My purpose is to teach you about yoga and it’s benefits to have healthy and happy society.

What is yoga? Yoga breathing exercises. What is meditation? The benefits of yoga, breathing and meditation.

4 What is yoga? it is a holistic approach of uniting the body, mind and spirit.

European researchers have found that breath is the link between the mind and the body - each emotion has a distinct breathing pattern For example, Angry: Breath becomes short and quick Sad or upset: Breath becomes long and deep

8 What is meditation? A mind that is in the present moment is meditation. A mind that is calm, without hesitation and anticipation is meditation. A mind that has become no mind, and has come back to its source is meditation.
