Influence emotions through breath
European researchers have found that breath is the link between the mind and the body - each emotion has a distinct breathing pattern For example, Angry: Breath becomes short and quick Sad or upset: Breath becomes long and deep

What is meditation? A mind that is in the present moment is meditation. A mind that is calm, without hesitation and anticipation is meditation. A mind that has become no mind, and has come back to its source is meditation.
