Message design should include material from: Marketing messages What you do and/or why you do it Recent wins New hires or other team news Product pitches Product / Service Developments What are your newest products or services How are they impacting customers How they’re selling and why folks are interested What are you working on or who you’re working with Outreach Share with all your prospects and customers that you will be at TAC and share some conference highlights Include what you'll be showing, what you're announcing If you'll be talking about the industry in general, say so. "John, will be in attendance on Tuesday talking about what he's learned in the fields this year and how growers are responding to xxxxx” Plan for 3-4 sends over two months and focus exclusively on the conference and your part in it. Social Outreach For those of you with Facebook pages, or a presence on other ag sites, share that in your s Share the link to your page Have photos on the page Share your topics and ideas from above, mirror the content and the messages Include pictures of your team, or the folks that will be there, so they can look for you Varying Your Message Have two or three sets of messages so you have fresh content in each send Keep your Facebook content and other site content fresh by updating it regularly Freshen up your content every couple of weeks at least
