Send ACT/SAT scores directly to college through testing website.
Request HHS transcripts through Family Connection. Come to guidance office to pay ($3/transcript) & sign green form.
Bring in “counselor forms” or requests for counselor recommendations (if Common App, be sure to complete FERPA waiver on Family Connection, under “My Colleges” section).
Request teacher recommendations, if necessary.
