For the Employer CN specializes in placing DOL certified highly-qualified candidates with quality employers in agricultural/manufacturing/skilled and unskilled related positions. These positions range from general employment in mid-level management positions in both agribusiness and production processes. Under the guidelines of EB3 and I-140 (an immigration application), our applicants’ personal and criminal histories are thoroughly reviewed by the immigration department. Subsequently, 100% of our candidates are free of any criminal background. In addition, our candidates have received over 12 years of education as well as 6 years of English education on average. The EB-3 Program EB3 The Program Under the current US immigration process, approximately 100,000 ‘green cards’ (permanent residency status) are issued annually. A large portion of these cards is issued to applicants to fulfill the labor shortage in the US farming industry. In order for potential workers to apply for green cards, labor shortage must be legitimate.
