Download and delete recordings at any time, or store them forever, based on the data retention policies that govern your business. Our secure portal offer NIST recommended 2048 bit signatures and provide up to 256 bit encryption of customer data.

5. Create Twilio Account and login - 1
Navigate to the following URL –
Once there you need to create the subaccount for
the customer. Once there you will see a screen
With the heading sub account.
You will need to insert the Customers ID into Friendly Name
Once you have done this please click, the red button, Make Request

6. Create Twilio Account and login - 2
Navigate to the following URL – .
Once there navigate to the subaccount you have just created by clicking view subaccount.
You now need to purchase a phone number,
Select aLocal number, Voice or Voice and message
Package. You can do this by clicking get your first number.

7. Create Twilio Account and login - 3
Once the number is purchased go to the new subaccount /programmable voice/dashboard This is where you can find the credentials for the customer to set up there account..
Click show API Credentials
You will then see the API Credentials, copy these into the draft customer take on found on the next page

8. Create Twilio Account and login - 4

9. Customer Registration And Login
To register you will need the following –

Once you have logged into the portal you will be brought to the Dashboard screen, here you can find many useful documents and links.

12. Using the Listenin.online Portal
From the dashboard you can navigate to the “View calls” where you can View, delete and download your recordings. You will see from the columns “Date created”, Day, time and date stamp, “Duration” calculated in seconds, “Download” to save the file to your PC or smartphone. “Delete” deletes the file forever.

When viewing on a mobile smartphone you can toggle the portal for better viewing.
