Para empezar choice board: Un cuento (Novice Levels)
In English: Write why you liked or didn’t like the story. (Be specific and use the text as you explain your opinion.) In Spanish: Choose a main character from the story and make a list of phrases describing that person. 3. In Spanish: Write 2 statements based on the story, 1 true and 1 false. Circle the false one. 4. In Spanish: Think of the 3 main events in the story. List them in order. 5. In English: Explain who the main character is in the story: what he or she is like /needs/wants/ has gets, etc. (3-4 sentences) 6. Sketch the main events in the story. Draw at least three scenes. 7. In Spanish: List 2-3 keywords related to the main problem in the story, and 2-3 keywords related to the solution/ending. 8. Choose 3 and write a word to match each one in Spanish: ¿Quién? ¿Qué? ¿Dónde? ¿Cuándo? ¿Por qué? 9. In English: Summarize the story in 3- 4 sentences.
