2 Proposed TAC Rule 4.12 Specifies that IHEs will report to the THECB on the student record: If the student is identified as having an Intellectual or Developmental Disability (IDD) or an Autism Spectrum Disorder If the student has ever been enrolled in a transitional program at the institution for students with IDD Data only reported for students who self-identify for accommodations
