3 Application Requirements
Application Deadline to Lisa Hendel by December 1, 2016 Students must have: min. 80% average in their previous degree min. 80% average in the Fall 2016 term a good command of English Students may be interviewed by the department before they are recommended to the CECA department for approval. Any interviews will take place prior to the end of December. (You will be notified by your UW )

4 Co-op Degree Requirements
Students must complete two work terms during their Master’s studies. Students must finish their program on an academic term and must maintain full-time status up until degree completion. The co-op placements must relate to the program of study. Students are required to submit a work-term report after completion of each co-op term, to be evaluated by the department Work-term Report Evaluator and approved by the Associate Chair, Graduate Studies. Work-term reports are due no later than the 10th day of classes in the academic term following the co-op work term for which the report was prepared.

6 Graduate Co-op Registration
Students who are accepted to the Coop program, will be provided with more detail at the time of their acceptance.

7 Graduate Co-op Fees A co-op fee will be assessed by Student Accounts (per 4-month coop work term) to students accessing the services of Co-op Education and Career Services. Co-op students are not assessed Dental, Supplemental Health or GSA fees. Students may enroll through the GSA Office. International Co-op students are charged for UHIP, but must self-enroll for Dental & Supplemental Health coverage. Please see the Graduate Schedule of Fees for more detailed information:
