2 Logging on to ePMP On the browser address bar type in the URL for ePMP
You will be prompted to login: The User name and Password for the ePMP application is the same as your credentials for logging into Outlook:  Example:  Username: ind\ab55112 Password: outlook password

4 Approval Date of you KRAs

The User Interface is divided into four panes namely: • Profile menu • Events menu • Request HR menu • Message menu

The Homepage of the application displays the updated Events menu with following details: • Delivery KRAs Set • Delivery KRAs Approval Date Note: It is mandatory to have your KRAs approved for the financial year by your Appraiser before initiating the Annual Appraisal Process. Also, some associates may not have their KRAs set up in the system yet, but HR and your manager will be working with you to input them for the FY16-17 appraisal.

7 Initiating the Annual Appraisal Process
Click the My Appraisal option displayed on the top of the screen to initiate the Appraisal process. The application has the following four options to select from: • Annual • Project End module • Confirmation *1Up Manager is the Associates direct Manager 2Up Manager is the Associate’s Manager’s Manager Annual option Click the Annual option to initiate the Annual Appraisal process. The application displays a new screen and permits you to select your Delivery Manager (1Up* Manager).

8 Selecting you Delivery Manager (1Up) and the Reviewer
Click the drop down combo box to select your Delivery (1Up) Manager. Click the drop down combo box to select your Reviewer. Click the Save & Continue button to save the selected Delivery Manager and Reviewer. ABC(12345) Select you Delivery Manager (1Up Manager Select your Reviewer (2Up Manager)

Entering Information in the displayed KRA screen Enter the following details in the displayed KRA: Self Rating- please see next slide for details Critical Incident: Please provide the required justification for your choice by narration of critical incidents. Appraiser has the right to reject the appraisal if the Critical Incidents are not mentioned or the description is poorly written Attachment icon: If you wish to add any attachments supporting your KRA achievements, click on the Attachment icon Reset Button The application does not save the filled in information unless you click the Save or Save & Continue button Click the drop down combo box to select the Self Ratings. Click the Reset button to reset your inputs in the displayed KRA.

10 KRA Evaluation Performance Rating Definition OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE
Produced exceptional results. The result is considered significant and innovative in nature. Helps to expand the task perception adding value in the process. EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS Consistently exceeds expectations on the set KRA with good quality output, reflecting overall good performance. Limited only by the definition of the task. MEETS EXPECTATIONS Accomplished the set KRA on time & met expectations established at the beginning of the performance period. Satisfactory work turnout in qualitative & quantitative terms. CLOSE TO MEETING EXPECTATIONS Was close to meeting KRA set but could not accomplish it, produced often incomplete output. FALLS SHORT OF MEETING EXPECTATIONS Did not meet the KRA set, has low initiative & demonstrates low quality of output. While able to comprehend the task, unable to execute it due to lack of competence, will or attitude.

11 Uploading an Attachment with the displayed KRA
Click the icon displayed in your KRA to add an attachment with the displayed KRA. The application displays the following dialog box: Click the Browse button to select a file. On selection, click the Attach button to attach the file with the KRA. The application uploads the file with the KRA and displays it. Note: You can upload more than one file with a KRA.

Uploading an Attachment with the displayed KRA (continued) The application displays the uploaded attachment in the dialog box: Click the icon, displayed on the dialog box to delete an attachment. The application deletes the attachment file. Delete icon Name and Size of attachment Click the Close button to close the attachment dialog box.

Note: It is mandatory to click the Save & Continue button to save the displayed KRA with the uploaded attachment and for moving to the next screen. The application displays the Status screen on filling up of all the KRAs.

The application displays the following information: • Error messages (if any) • Your Name and Staff ID • Appraiser’s Name (1up Manager) and Staff ID • Status Message The application does not enable the Submit button till the information in all the KRAs is filled. The application displays COMPLETED for all the properly filled KRAs. The application displays PENDING for a KRA if information is incomplete in that KRA.

Enter your Career Aspirations. (It is a mandatory field). Click the Save & Continue button to save the Competency Review screen and for moving to the next screen. The application displays the Status screen.

18 Submitting the Appraisal Forms to Appraiser
Click the Submit button to submit your Appraisal to your Delivery Manager. Click the Back button to revert to the previous screen. The application displays the updated message for submission of Appraisal by you. ABC (12345) 12345 ABC XYZ 23456 34567 PQR Updated Status Click the Logout option displayed on the top of the screen to logoff from the application.

19 Viewing the Appraisal Forms after Appraiser’s Review
Note: On completion of Review by the Appraiser, immediately the Appraisee is notified by an auto-generated mail by the application. Login again to view the Review/Appraisal done by the Appraiser. It is mandatory to submit your Consent/Rejection to the Appraiser’s Review on the Status screen else the application deems your approval after a specified period.

21 Assigning your Approval/Disapproval to the Appraiser’s Review

22 Click the Submit button to submit your agreement to your Appraiser
Assigning your Agreement to the Appraiser’s Review Note: It is mandatory to assign your Agreement/Disagreement to the Appraiser’s Review. 12345 ABC 23456 XYZ 34567 PQR Click the I agree option under Consent Required if you are satisfied with the Appraiser’s Validation Click the I had a discussion option under Appraisal Discussion if you had a discussion with your Appraiser Click the Submit button to submit your agreement to your Appraiser

23 Status: Pending at Reviewer
Assigning your Agreement to the Appraiser’s Review Note: It is mandatory to assign your Agreement/Disagreement to the Appraiser’s Review. Once Agreed it goes to reviewer for approval. ABC (12345) ABC 12345 23456 XYZ 34567 PQR Status: Pending at Reviewer

The ePMP displays a text box to enter your reason for disagreement for the Appraiser’s Validation. Click the I Disagree option if you are not satisfied with the Appraiser’s Review Enter your Reason for the disagreement Click the Submit button to submit your disagreement to your Appraiser

25 Viewing the Final Status screen
The ePMP updates the Status of the Appraisal and displays the confirmation message for successfully submission of Appraisal by you. Click the Logout option to logoff from the application. 26 Printing your Appraisal
Click the Print option displayed on the top, to print the approved KRAs. ABC (12345) Click the drop down combo box to select Print Type as APPRAISALS. Click the drop down combo box to select Appraisal Cycle as current Financial year.

The application displays your Appraisal with approved Date and Time and Status as Completed. The application also displays the Print icon to print the approved KRAs. Click the Print option to print the approved KRAs. The application displays your KRAs in a PDF format. From the File menu of PDF file, click the Print option to print the file. 28 Logging off of the ePMP Click the Logout option placed on the top on the right hand side of the screen. The ePMP displays a Logout screen. Logout Option ABC (12345)
