What EOH is like
10
What EOH is like We usually have a large booth with all of our games next to each other at the video wall
11
What EOH is like ACM provides us with monitors, power strips, tables, and sometimes computers and speakers 2-4 games can go on the video wall, one on the plasma screen Only one game on the video wall can output sound to the video wall speakers The rest can either be shown on your laptop screen or use an ACM monitor
12
What EOH is like People walk around, meander over to us, play the games Lots of kids on Friday morning, high school students in afternoon, professors, reporters Be prepared for kids who want to start making games and questions about what libraries you used, etc…
13
What EOH is like Most people will spend between 20 seconds and 3 minutes at each game Explain how to play as they play or they’ll get bored Some people will play much longer, even come back for more
14
What EOH is like Makes a great play testing opportunity, take some notes Keep your game running, don’t stop it to fix bugs
