15 Programme’s key project Access to art and culture will be facilitated will support creating new club activities in schools on basis of children’s interests.

16 In 2016, 92 projects granted with 1,9 Me involving 31 000 children (390 schools) in art and cultural club activities and thousands of children in art education. Financing for : 5,8 Me

17 Arts vs. social skills Students who participated in music clubs and arts & handcrafts clubs in the grades or for at least 1 year had significantly higher social skills than students who did not participate in them. Music clubs Arts and handcrafts
