Department: International Retail Department Job Title: Retail Forex Remittances – Sales Manager (Corporate Customers) Location: PAN India Job Description: Retail Forex Remittance is an integral part of the International Retail Department at Axis Bank , which is involved in providing travel cards and remittances facilities (Travel Cards, Travelers Cheques, Currency Notes, Foreign Currency) to the Bank’s retail customers , corporates and channel partners Sale of a suite of products servicing the Forex needs of an outbound traveler. Key Result Areas: Business and Sales Volume generation for Retail Forex Products through existing and new Corporate Clients for servicing their forex requirements for the employees traveling abroad and facilitating remittances for the salary of employees stationed abroad. Relationship management with the Corporate Clients in the region. Achieving sales targets in terms of volumes of Foreign Currency sales through Travel Cards, Travelers Cheques, Currency Notes, Foreign Currency Demand Drafts, Outward Wire Transfers. Transaction Banking - Government Business Job Title: Relationship Manager - Government Business Location: PAN India Job Description: The Government Banking department is Authorised by RBI for handling Govt Business of Central / State Ministries & Depts, Union Territories, PSU, Including collection of various Taxes through Branch channel, and e-Based mode. The Govt Business Group provides customised collection /payment services (both physical & Electronic). The Govt Business Department is focused on Solution-based product offerings and garner CASA float with Fee Income Key Result Areas: The position will have responsibility of Business Development from Various Govt Ministries and Depts Fresh Acquisitions and Maintaining regular contacts with excising relations, ensure business growth Liasoning with Branches where business being parked, ensure superior customer services, Have clear understanding of customised product offering, liasioning with CO GB Team, Products Group for smooth transition of onboarding of relations, also hand holding at initial stage and maintain link with relationships, ensure better TAT for solutions, retention of relation and business growth. Building GB CASA balances, better CDAB and through-put, and Fee Income through solution based services, CBDT/CBEC, State Tax collections etc, also possible Forex Business from the relations, CMS mandates. Supporting product design team, understanding needs and making Presentation of offerings to senior Govt Officials based on feedback, interaction with CO solutions and IT Team for Final Delivery.
