Recruiters have the knowledge and expertise to create opportunities for success for people, businesses and the economy. The recruitment industry is worth £31.5 billion per year to the UK economy. Our industry employs more than 103,000 people and will create another 25,500 jobs in the next three years.

We recognise your challenges and we are here to help and provide solutions.
The top three priorities for candidates when looking for work are: salary and benefits, the type of work, and work-life balance. Work-life balance/flexible working is considered the most important priority by 23% of candidates.

Recruiters are your brand ambassadors.
“After one particularly stressful week I went home determined to find something better for myself. I uploaded my CV to a handful of websites and within two to three days I had a phone call from a recruiter called Samantha who said she had seen my CV and had a job she thought I’d be perfect for. “I felt like there should be a catch, but all she wanted me to do was go to their office so she could have an informal discussion with me. She even stayed late so she could meet me after work. “She went through the role and the pros and cons of the new job – a good pay rise, but without as much room for progression as there would be in other jobs. I felt she had my best interests at heart.” Aimee Scott, candidate Recruiters are your brand ambassadors.
