Employers are helping offset the cost of smoking cessation and fitness programs to encourage employee wellness.
United Auto Supply is paying half the cost of a smoking cessation program (about $100) for employees and their spouses, and for the time it takes to complete. If successful, employees receive a gift to offset the other half of the cost.
