2. Bill of Rights
The bill of Rights are the first 10 amendments of the United States Constitution. Pushed by Patrick Henry. Made as a protection to the powers of the federal government.

3. Tyrannical Government
The founding fathers and citizens were paranoid about an overarching, tyrannical, all-powerful government. Therefore, they established the Bill of Rights to ORIGINALLY PROTECT STATES FROM THE FEDERAL GOVENRMENT. SELECTIVE INCORPORATION WOULD LATER CHANGE THIS TO PROTECTING CITIZENS FROM THE FEDERAL AND STATE GOVERNMENTS.

4. First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion. Freedom of RAPPS. (religion, assembly, press, petition, speech.)
