Please note that in the upcoming enhancements, the check image has been removed and instead you will see just the required fields. You will complete all of the required fields. The bank debit date is the date you want your payment to settle. Payments made prior to 3 pm will settle the following business day. The Payment amount on the check image must match the payment total calculated below. Enter your banking information (routing number, bank account number – confirm bank account number). You can save this information as your default payment source for future transactions. Below the check image is the specific payment details regarding how to apply your payment. You will enter your deposit schedule, deposit amount and the date you paid your employees (Pay Date).
