4. THE CONCEPT OF TREATMENT FOR DEHIDRATED SKIN
An action which is done to the extra dry skin, which is marked by having such scales and dull, light wrinkle skin by using certain tools, substance and cosmetics.

To prevent/ block wrinkle and scales on the skin so the skin will look healthy, clear and fresh.
