3. Goals of the workshop
Overall Goal: establish cohorts for women in graduate school
Help with strategies and information on navigating grad school
Tips on joining the CSE community
Early insights into career paths
The opportunity to get to know a variety of successful, senior women
The opportunity to network!
Assistance in the formation of a cohesive cohort peer support group
