Experienced in the prioritization and implementation of various capital improvement projects for many municipalities
Extremely knowledgeable in Public Works and engineering standards as well as environmental and building code regulations
Has assisted in the preparation of Design Criteria Packages for a variety of projects
Experienced in Construction Management, Administration and Bidding Services
Over 26 years of experience in civil engineering with specialization in utilities infrastructure design and construction

Has worked extensively with permitting agencies and various municipalities, county planning, environmental and health protection departments, water management districts, the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and
Is an appointed member to the Broward County Unsafe Structures Advisory Board

Fulfill the duties of the Town Engineer as a qualified licensed Florida Engineer as directed by the Town Manager / Commission
Attend Commission, development review and other requested meetings
Assist in the preparation of agendas, reports, cost estimates, Commission communications, and Capital Improvement budgeting
Review permit applications and associated engineering plans for compliance with Town Standards, and plats
Perform inspection services for work within Town R/W
Perform Project Management / Construction Administration duties
