Senses when room is occupied to switch light on/off Uses ultrasonic and PIR sensing technology Saves energy by minimizing unused light Detects major motion in rooms up to 1000 sq. ft

PIR must be tested to meet NEMA standards to detect minor motion. Problem: Inefficient and tedious 5-6 min per square Takes valuable space No synchronization between control and robotic arm.
